Dave Pogson is a highly accomplished commercial leader with over 35 years experience of the Food & Drinks industry, working across multiple trade channels.He initially gained much of this experience with Coca-Cola and then moved to Cadbury UK where he became Sales & Customer Marketing Director in 2005, with responsibility for the £1.2BN business and a team of 700 people. After the acquisition by Kraft, he became Sales Director of the expanded business including the coffee, biscuit and cheese portfolios, whilst leading the successful integration of the two Companies.

In 2013, Dave left the corporate world, moved “home” to the NW with his wife and set up his own Company. He has built a portfolio of large and small clients, across diverse sectors and has provided mentoring, interim and non-executive support for them. Until 2020, he was the UK MD for Fulfil, a rapidly growing privately owned protein snack brand and was responsible for building the UK sales team and driving mainstream availability and growth, helping to build the foundation for the sale of the business in 2022.
