How does Profici’s process work?

We start with a discovery call to understand your business, leadership gaps and strategic goals. From there, we match you with vetted, experienced C-Suite executives who fit your needs – from CFOs to COOs, CMOs, CTOs, and more.

Do we choose the talent ourselves, or do you guide us?

We guide you every step of the way. Based on your specific requirements, we shortlist the most suitable candidates from our network and support you in selecting the best fit.

How fast can you place someone?

In most cases, we can have the right fractional executive in place within 5–10 working days. For urgent needs, we can often move faster.

What if we don’t feel the match is right?

If for any reason the fit isn’t right, we’ll provide a swift replacement at no additional cost- often within a matter of days.

Can we hire the fractional expert full-time if it works out?

Yes. If you find that your fractional executive is a perfect long-term fit, we fully support full-time transitions. We’ll make the process seamless and help align expectations on both sides.

What level of commitment is required?

Our model is designed to be flexible. Whether you need someone one day a week, three days a week or for a defined six-month project, we can tailor the engagement to suit your business needs.

Do you offer support beyond C-Suite roles?

At present, we focus exclusively on C-level talent. Each of our executives brings deep leadership experience and sector expertise.
