Tim’s work is hands-on and outcome-led, focusing on cash visibility and control, operational cadence, clear priorities, and credible reporting. He works closely with leadership teams to restore control, support decision-making, and deliver measurable progress in time-critical environments.

Engagements include interim COO or CEO roles, fractional leadership (1–3 days per week), and time-bound stabilisation assignments across owner-managed, investor-backed, and complex operational businesses.
