Jonathan is an accomplished COO and former Oracle VP with 25 years of global IT and technology leadership. Having shaped operations, strategy, and business development across JAPAC, EMEA, and APAC for Oracle, Google, and Qlik, he now brings that expertise into his portfolio career.

Today he serves as COO at Profici, while also supporting scale-ups as a fractional COO, leading ventures in property and tech, and driving high-performance business transformation. Jonathan blends strategic insight with operational execution – building strong sales organisations, optimising financial planning, and enabling companies to scale with clarity and pace.
